Shinro ("we", "us") publishes mobile and web applications ("the services"). Each app describes what it does on its page at shin.ro. These terms apply to all of them; where a specific app works differently, its product page and privacy policy say so.
Some of our apps work entirely without an account. Where an app offers one, sign-in is through Apple or Google, and you are responsible for the security of that provider account. Apps with accounts verify that requests come from genuine copies of the app on genuine devices; circumventing this verification is a breach of these terms. Where an account exists, you can delete it and its data from within the app.
Some apps let you connect your own third-party accounts or API keys, such as game storefronts or data providers. Those connections use your own account with the third party, and your use of it remains governed by that party's terms; you are responsible for complying with them. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third party whose service our apps can connect to, and their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Prices, discounts, calendars, dates, and similar data shown by our apps are collected from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Such data is information, not an offer or advice; the figures that matter are the ones the third party shows at the point of purchase or in its official publications. Purchasing or financial decisions based on data in our apps are your own.
Where an app offers paid upgrades, payment is processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play under their terms, and refunds follow their policies. Our apps never process payments themselves.
You agree not to abuse the services. This includes attempting to access other users' data, circumventing rate limits or device verification, using a service through unofficial clients, scraping a service's interfaces, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms or threatens a service's operation.
We work to keep the services dependable, but they rely on third-party interfaces we do not control, and those change without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these terms; the current version is always published at this address with its effective date, and material changes are called out in the affected apps. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-interruption. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, missed deals or listings, or decisions made on the basis of data shown in the services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Disputes shall first be raised with us informally at the address below.
